    This program is not a replacement for medical care and receiving the care and support of a healthcare provider is a prerequisite for this course.
  • Will you suggest supplements that work with HIV medications?
    Nutrition is an important aspect of HIV wellness that we will address.
  • Can I do your program instead of taking medications?
    This program complements traditional medicine and is not a replacement for treatment. It’s important that you are taking HIV medication as directed.
  • What if I don’t have time to cook?
    Whether or not you are comfortable in the kitchen, you will get simple yet powerful tips for getting the nutrients you need to thrive.
  • What role does exercise play in this program?
    Exercise is key to your well being and we will encourage you to find an exercise program appropriate for your body.
  • What role does sleep play?
    Because adequate sleep is necessary for longevity, you will learn a number of tools for optimizing your sleep.
  • Will I learn to meditate?
    Yes. With simple and clear instruction, anyone can learn to meditate. In this program, you will learn proven techniques for quieting the mind.
  • Will there be group support?
    Yes! Group support is an important tool for helping us to meet our wellness goals and we will meet online weekly.
