Food as Medicine

Deepen your understanding of how you can use nutrition to feel best in your body and get the health results that you need.

Deep Sleep

Sleep is a necessary tool for immune health. Learn which supplements and rituals actually work to get you a restorative eight hours.

Embodied Exercise

Get a clear understanding of what an effective and personalized exercise regimen looks like for your unique body as you develop strength and longevity.

Mindfulness Practice

Mindfulness permeates every aspect of how we’ll talk about wellness. Using breathing, meditation, and yoga, we will teach you how to make mindfulness an integral part of being your most robust self.

Community Support

Community creates connection and is critical to developing lasting habits that will cheer you on when you struggle and celebrate your efforts. Enjoy the company of your peers within our HIV Wellness workshop while you learn, brainstorm, and practice active listening together.
